How to go from overweight to tennis player muscular?

I am very good at tennis but i don’t have the body for it. Any diets or exercises? By the way I am 14, 140 pounds, and 4"11

    if you love it and you’re good at it, just keep playing.
    change your diet too! eat more healthy, whole grain foods, and drink more water. If you cut your calorie intake and continue to play tennis you’ll burn off fat, get more muscles, and have better endurance (:
