neck pain please help!!!?
Back in October,I had a fender bender. I Have 3 sliped disk & 4 herniated disk.I’ve done phyisical therapy. For about 2 months now, I’ve been having pain in my arm mainly in my elbow. But my wrist & shoulder hurts too, & Goes up to neck too. I went to my regular doctor & asked him about it he said it sounded like tennis elbow. I took naproxen for 2 weeks, it still hurt & I went back to him & he gave me cortizone shots. It worked for about 4 days, now it hurts even worse now! Does it sound like it’s coming from my neck? Any help would be nice!!!!

Absolutely can be! I have had similar situation~ cortisone injections help but not for long, especially if the pain is generating from the cervical area… I even wore braces on my arms & wrists…which do help, but they don’t solve the initial problem. Maybe you should have a Neurologist or Rheumatologist examine you, ask the doctor treating if he/she could recommend a ‘consult’. In the meantime you can visit http://www.webmd.com where you can see your signs & symptoms, find a doctor in your area , etc…great site & user friendly! Take care~
I can help you with your elbow pain. One of the effective ways to get rid of forearm pain or tennis elbow is to wear Elbow Braces.
Although there are so many good elbow braces out there – as far as quality, comfort, and prices are considered – Serola’s Gel Arc Elbow Brace is the best one for forearm pain. I’d say it was well worth my $20 investment, and I highly recommend this product to others. Couple years ago, I used to type a lot in front of a PC and would get Carpal Tunnel. Then, I heard about this elbow brace made by Serola Biomechanics from a co-worker. Since I started wearing the elbow brace, I never had any forearm pains. It worked for me!
Visit the manufacturer’s website for more info, in fact, you can directly buy from them at: http://shop.serola.net/product.sc?categoryId=1&productId=6
Hope it helps, and good luck to you!
