tennis elbow or something else?
I have what the doctors have described as ‘tennis elbow‘ in my right arm. I have had this pain for years now and a cortosone injection didn’t help. Now i have the same pain in my left elbow. It hurts when i bend my arms and if i lift/carry anything heavy. There is also a feeling of burning needles being dug into the elbow point on occasions. Is there any remedy to ease the pain or what else is there to have done? Anybody had this, would like your experiences. I feel like a 80 year old woman, and im only 40!

It might be a case of tendonitis. Has your physician sent you to physical therapy? While PT might not "cure" it, it will help to minimize the pain and hopefully restore most of your activity to normal. It usually starts out with various stretches and use of ice. Then strengthening exercises will be added. Hope this helps.
