Is there any good tennis exercises that I can do in the winter if I can’t get to courts but once a month?

I don’t have the time or resources to get to indoor courts that often, so is there a good way to keep fit and keep my tennis skills somewhat ready for next season?

    Mostly you have to stretch
    watch how pros play
    go to the mirror and practice your swing
    lift weights
    run around the house
    jump rope
    drink lots of water
    eat fruits
    hit against a wall
    play pingpong to practice your to make your hand eye cordination better

    i hav da same prob. just stretch out alot and hit tennisballs against ur garage door if u dotn care about it. if you hav an open space, practice ur strokes w/o balls. or get a ball on a string at dick’s and attach it to a tree. den hit dat.

    well normally what i do cause sometimes i can only play 1 a week.. try this.. my coach thought me this that if i cant play try practicing my grip by bouncing a ball using your racket go faster .. and if you got tired go to a mirror practice your swing .. keep healthy make it a routine

    You should:

    -Read bios from tennis or any sportsman/woman
    -Exercises at home or in the gym such as core:sit ups, crunches, sausage roll is fun(if u know it lol). Weights (dunbells) depending on how strong you are.
    -Running
    -Healthy balanced diet
    -Watching people play tennis
    -Goals
    -Sleep
    -Other sports
    -Stretching over sessions
    -Core re-atachment
