Yesterday I fell over on the cement while we were doing this ladder exercise and I hit my elbow. But i got up immediately because I didn’t want any fuss. after a while it started becoming sore and black and blue. I put ice on it right after but it’s not healing. When I touch it there’s some sort of pain, but not when I bend my arm.What should I do?
