I Have Both Carpal Tunnel Syndrome And Tennis Elbow In My Right Hand

I have had two professions (first hairdresser for many years, now been a computer geek for several years). My hands tingle whenever I am on the computer too long (daily), or when I try to hold a phone for an extended period of time.

Will I be a candidate for some type of surgery or what is the usual way they got about getting rid of the tingling?

Best Answer:

tiger balm for tennis elbow

If you go to a drug store and get that tennis elbow brace it helps a lot. I also use something called tiger balm and that is a life saver! You can find it at most drug stores and it smells but it works real well. Hope you feel better and I am a computer geek now as well and worked in a warehouse so my shoulder is trashed, going to try acupuncture.

Physical therapy can often help relieve the pain and tingling in your hands. I have known many people who have had the surgery for carpal tunnel with excellent results and they were able to continue their profession.

I recommend you try physical therapy with your doctor’s supervision, before surgery. Go over all of these issues with your doctor. There’s no reason to continue suffering when there are treatments available.
