TENNIS ELBOW???? HELP?
My mother has tennis elbow and suffers a lot from the pain…. some days she finds it hard to use it, my uncle had it but got it sorted after a injection at the local doctors. My mum is so scared of needles and refuses to have this done… The bone is slighty sticking out and she cant twist it or put pressure on it..Dose anyone know if theres any thing else that could prevent her pain??? Apart from pain killers
Thank-you

there is actully a brace/armband that you can put on your elbow to help the pain. It is supposed to be used for someone with tennis elbow and has to play a match with it but it also helps with everyday life if it is a serious case of tennis elbow.
You can go the the pharmacy and get a brace that is specific for this. Also, glucosamine/chondroiton is helpful. Buy from a reputable place and always buy from the same company after that. It takes a couple weeks to work, but side effects are nil.
It’s amazing how much elbow pain can affect lives.
