alternate exersices to skull crushers (b/c i have tennis elbow)?

hi, i was wondering if there are any weight lifting exersices that target the same exact muscles as "skull crusher" exersices, but without the same exact movement, because it agitates my tennis elbow condition.. thanks..

    There’s about 30 more for you. Some of the ones that may work best are the pushdowns and tricep extension, but realize to work your tricep you are going to have to put smoe weight on your elbow, but try different ones and see which are least irritating to your elbow
