Pain in elbows! Ihave a history of tenditis,sometimes my right elbow is sore which is weird because im left?
handed but lately my left elbow has been sore.My job title is heavy laborer and thats a understatment all day long im lifting objects of various weights.I heard that if the pain goes from one arm to the other it could be a infection is that true?! i just thought do to my job this condition was par for the course any replies would be helpfull thank you!!

well lifting weights cause sore muscle that may couse elbow problems. do you pur your elbows down on a table/ground often? its probably sores from lifting.

visit a chiropractor to release the nerve impingement in your neck and should. get a massage and try advil. see your doctor if this doesn’t work.
