Since tennis elbow is from repetitive movement, if you can rest your arm that’s going to help. An elbow brace, along with an anti-inflammitory will help too. If all else fails a cortisone shot should clear it up.
My husband had the shot & while it was quite painful for afew days after, it hasn’t come back in 14 or so years.
Put a tight support bandage round your elbow, whilst using the computer, i would also suggest consulting your G/P. Take some strong painkillers in the mean while and rest it were ever possible.
start taking glucousamiine it really works give it a couple a weeks to kick in but it will work . buy a elbow tensor bandage to use while you need the support .
Get a referral for occupational therapy, OT’s can usually make a splint for you, use anti-inflammatory treatment like ultrasound, or even get you an iontophoresis patch (method of transmitting anti-inflammatory meds through the skin) as a means of treating tennis elbow. You can wear the patch while at work. Since rest is the best solution and you cannot do that due to your job, I would look into getting the patch.
