tennis elbow. help.?

whats the best tennis elbow armband to get. preferably i would like to order from here please help a brother out.

    The best way to prevent tennis elbow is to do the buggy whip shot. Hahaha.

    The Aircast Pneumatic Armband tennis elbow strap contains a small aircell that focuses more pressure on the involved muscle and less around the arm. Laboratory tests show that the pressure under the aircell is about 50% greater than the average under the rest of the band’s circumference. This concentration of pressure means that more compression is applied where it is needed, while the uninvolved muscles and the flow of blood are constricted less.

    I have the worst case of tennis elbow i can imagine, I bought the exact same model and style of armband that you’re referring to but I bought mine from my physiotherapist, it really helps

    Get a good massage – i recommend bowen therapy – and rest it .

    In the meantime you should take a good look at your forehand grip and the strength/solidity of your wrist during forehands or volleys. Solidity doesn’t mean fixed, but rather a firm focus on the point of impact, and loose otherwise.

    Tennis Elbow occurs in amateurs because of grip and wrist. It is generally the result of repeatedly too loose a wrist/ forearm at the point of impact causing vibration up the arm.

    This being said you will notice that a (slight) change of grip could have a dramatic impact on your susceptibility to this injury.

    Remember that pros practice around 8-10 hours a day 5-6 days a week. Few properly trained pros actually have this injury.

    With these adaptations (only you will know ultimately) you can eliminate this type of injury
