What are some exercises that will prepare me for tennis?

I plan on joining the tennis team at my highschool this year, and i wanted to know what are some of the exercises that we will be doing to prepare us and what exercises can i do at home to help get me ready for the try-out’s.

    Suicides. that is where you run from one line back where you started. Run to the next line then run back to where you started and so forth.

    Just get out there and hit the ball back and forth across the net with a friend. Now the problem is that if you aren’t pretty good you are going to need a partner that is good or you will spend most of your time chasing the ball and not hitting it.

    The most important thing to do is learn more about how to improve your skills wether basic skills or advanced skills. And i know the best website that will help you do so. All you have to do is subscribe wich is free. you chose what you want to improve and then they’ll send you free video tips daily. if however you want to get more complete videos, you might want to try the products.
