Ok i just went from golfing like 200 rounds of golf to bowling. When i started to bowl my elbow started to hurt. The pain is on the out side of my elbow and it hurts just be bend it. It is hard to do anything with that arm. What is the best way to get rid of it fast? This Saturday i am bowling for 7 hours straight and i can not have this pain.
