it not tennis elbow?
back in august i hurt my arm at work i took no notice as i taught i strained it,so about 3 weeks later it was still sore so i went to the doctor he gave me gel to rub onto it, the gel only eased the pain for about ten minutes,so i went back to the doc,and he gave me painkillers, at first it was around my elbow now it hurts down the side of my arm , i am finding it very hard to hold anything heavey for more than 1 minute,i cant lean on my elbow or put ant kind of pressure on it, when i wake up in the morning i have to use my left hand to move the right had,

i doubt its tennis elbow, i have a minor case of that but its not anything like what your describing. id stay away from using it else youll strain it even more. you might have ripped a tendon or strained a muscle. keep taking your pills and using the gel (bengay helps a lot w/ muscle relaxation and pain). listen to your doctor and do everything that he says
