It could be a heart condition. I'd go to a pediatric cardiologist and make sure you don't have Long QT syndrome.

You'd better get a more thorough check than you've already had. The symptoms you describe don't sound like just hypoglycemia. And, should you be at a swim meet and suddenly get really ill, you could be in serious trouble before aid can arrive.
See another doctor, and demand to get to the bottom of the problem.

And, I hope you get your health back real soon!

well definetly if its serious. i play basketball and when tryouts come people won't be ready and often people start vomiting and shaking so they have to sit out. reason why is because they are not in shape. the 1st couple days of tryout are hard we get "hell week". when we finish my stomach hurts, i get dizzy, and i cramp up. what i mean is that ur body has to get used to it. but i could be wrong make sure u ask ur coach if others have felt the same as u

You need to be honest with your coach, and make sure he knows exactly what is going on--and honestly, it should be your parents that are doing so as well. If for no other reason than you coach needs to know what to look out for as well.

But your coach is not a doctor, and I am assuming not specially trains in your condition--so you also need to be responsible to keep him informed--and probably more importantly, do not be embarrassed. It sounds like you are training through significant adversity. Most people would have quit. Sounds great that you are trying to find a way to work through it.
