What are some tennis exercises I can do in my living room?

So I want to be in great shape for tennis and ready to play.

Push press for explosiveness: start standing, and drop your legs and hands at the same time and do a push-up. then bring both feet back in and jump up as high as you can while squatting… but it may be a bit rough

also, core muscles are really important – make sure to do things like crunches
where I play, we usually do 20 pushups, 100 crunches, 15 push press, and some other types of ab stuff like plank, bicycle, etc.

one way wall practise is the best solution

this can help your form. Make sure your in a wide open space in your living room. You can take your racket and just practice following through with your forehand shots and backhand shots. This probably won’t help you get in shape but, its also good to work on your form and following through. i hope this helps.
