How to make my elbow and shoulder stronger?
Ok when i played football this year i dislocated my shoulder and got right back up popped it back n and kept playing and now when i lift a backpack that’s too heavy my shoulder pops out and then when i do over head curls even with just 10 pounds my elbow bones click and pop out and it hurts I want to just learn how to fix it because it hurts and its annoying.

It sounds like you’ve tore up some ligaments in your arm.
I am assuming you are fairly young – maybe teens; if this was older you might not be so lucky to try over and over again.
Get to a doctor – if you can, find an orthopedist / sports medicine specialist.
You may need surgery to correct this if you have done serious ligament damage.
You might have an underlying condition that is making your ligaments or joints weak; and this is the first sign (unlikely, but get it checked!)
If you are playing football, carrying heavy backpacks, and lifting weights already, then this probably won’t be the kind of thing you can ‘fix’ with a few exercises. Get a professional opinion, or you could lose the use of that arm.
