If you take a sock, put two tennis balls in it. Push them all the way to the toe of the sock and then tie a knot is the sock.
Place the two tennis balls at the base of your skull, breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth for at least 10 minutes.
Loosen the neck muscles with the tennis balls: place your neck on the tennis balls and roll back and forth over them, as this will release tension on the muscles, making them much more supple.
