What are some exercises I should do to get in shape for tennis?

I work out at the gym just about every day, I play on the tennis team and I want to know what things I should work on over the summer before the season starts.

    running to start with, then lunges, jumps, line skips, shuffling up and down the court, high knees, and butt kicks. our tennis team does all of these in the fall, so hopefully that helps 🙂

    you should stretch before you go running, sprints run the lines basically keep a standard of running the gym is good but don’t get bulky like huge and stuff keep it simple and practice the same routine everyday that’s all
