Well when i lean over on my elbow, after a while it gets really sore and i can’t move my arms. it’s happening in both but not at the same time. it’s a tingly feeling which soon turns really sore. After the pain has stopped, if i hit my elbow or anything there’s a sharp pain and i can’t bear it anymore. Any suggestions as to what it is or How to cure it?
