What is a good tennis exercise routine?
I have been playing tennis for a bout 3 years and I am playing USTA tournaments now. I have a coach, and I usually play 4-6 times each week. I take lessons and I practice a lot, but what is a good daily exercise routine that I can do that will help my tennis game, and help me get into better shape for tennis? Thanks.

this is a great site to find different exercises for tennis :

choose which one fits you.for a good workout i would recommend you to focus on your legs, core, shoulders and "all body workouts" with a medicine ball.don’t try to get "big guns".don’t do too much and take about a day or two of between each workout to give your body rest.
I play tennis in USTA too.
Some good ideas would be to hit against a wall.
When you hit against the wall, it tests your agility and how fast your reactions are, because you have half as much time to get the ball back to the wall and in position again.
You can also do some footwork, like suicide, grapevine, running, sprinting.
Suicide really helps.
If you can, find some ankle or wrist weights, which will slow you down, but will help you when you want to be fast.
Find a partner, and squat on one side of the court. Your partner will feed the ball, and you will try to catch it. Its better if they try to feed them quick and alternate sides, that will really help you get in shape. Believe me.
Hope This Helps.
