		<description>That sounds like rheumatoid arthritis to me. And it&#039;s not caused by overworking joints it&#039;s a genetic thing so someone else in your fairly probably has/had it. And I believe what happens is your immune system attacks your joints. But going to the doctor is a very very good idea as they will perscribe you drugs to stop it flaring up again.</description>

		<description>Could be aside effect, but don&#039;t let any doctors blow you off because of it. Water is good for joint lubrication, but what you really need are omega 3 fatty acids. You can get them in pill form, but it is better to get them from food. Fish is a really great source especially the fattier fish like salmon. Shell fish doesn&#039;t count. You can even get it from avocados and who doesn&#039;t love guacamole? It is also important to stretch. If you are the kind of person who works out hard, maybe take it easy and do something easier on your body, like yoga. Swimming is good exercise too for people who have joint pain. Hope you feel better.</description>
