How can i burn calories with a broken elbow?
Hello =)
Well,I broke my elbow about 3 day’s ago,and i’ve been
working out for about 4 week’s now and ive lost about 3 pounds.But i want to keep on excersising without having to use my elbow alot or moving it.The Target where i want to burn the most calories and fat is my stomach.Does anybody have any workout moves that i can do instead of crunches,pushups,situps?

well the obvious would be cardio that doesnt involve your arms like jogging. cardios actually alot better if your goal is weightloss instead of toning or building muscle. you could also do lunges or squats
I guess the obvious answer is to concentrate on your diet. Try taking half of your usual portion but allowing yourself to eat up to 5 meals a day. This calorie shifting method works.
