I have been taking cardio tennis, more for my fitness and endurance but I have noticed a big improvement in my foot work. Look for a cardio tennis program in your area. And play lots of tennis – the more practice the more you improve.
You can find many drills with Z-ball or running around the cones, jumping over small hurdles, …
But what I would suggest is that you play different sports that would improve those skills like:
- table tennis
- soccer (especially with a tennis ball)
- badminton
- volleyball
These sports will help you develop the skills in a more natural and complete way than if you isolate them in a specific drill.
TommyM has a good point. Especially badminton is very good for reaction speed.
Messtograve also have a good answer, Pat Etcherberry do have very good footwork and reaction drills.
