What exercises should I do so I can swing the racket faster (without changing racket)?

weights on your raquet, not a lot.
practice moar.
moar protein.
use free weights PROPERLY with the muscles in question.
I have know idea……
My coach did this exercise with me where he took a resistance band and tied it around my racket’s frame to the fence then made me repeatedly do my regular swing. It forces you to push harder.
loosen grip, exhale (or grunt if you wish) as you hit. then swing faster LOL
