    I have another question. Not related to this but massage in general.

    How affective is massage for the scalp for regrowing hair? I’ve heard if you’re hair is thinning, you can save it by massaging your scalp daily.

    This is a serious question, by the way. My hair is thinning.

    I’m a fit 45 yr I’ve done pushups for years, But what really got me was my job driving small trucks without power steering, combined with shovelling dirt sand gravel etc. I tried your simple stretching techniques on myself & my elbows feel better already, IThankyou very much . I have been in pain for approx 4 months…I have pain on both the lateral & medial Epicondyle on both arms thanks again…

    ive had golfers elbow in my left for 6 months(since march), and got it in my right a little in july. i still have it in both arms, its not very painful, but inflames if i curl like 5 lb 5x with my left and 10 lb 10x with my right. i got an mri on my left in june, and it is tendonITIS, its up over my elbow between my tri and biceps and then lower forearm. ive gotten pt and iced but it doesnt work, im going to switch to strengthening and massaging now..(1/2)

    do any of u have any helpful tips, i use piroxicam, its like prescription ibeauprofin, and use ice, but i think im switching to strictly heat.

    i just want to get back to working out, i go to gym 5x a week and do my lower body nd squat but it sucks watching others , and after 6 months, im really starting to get depressed

    mikerobinsonn, i have golfer’s and tennis elbow on both hands, i’m addicted to working out and exercising and i’m doing demolition and asbestos removal for the last few years. there’s no actual cure for this condition besides stretching, good massage therapist 1-2 a month and keep working out buddy!!! be smart, do kardio, run or swim as well but make that PAIN YOUR FRIEND!!!

    do you recommend these stretching exercises before weight training? I just did the stretching for the first time and my elbow feels better and more loose like some stress was relieved.
