How to know if my elbows are just really sore or if I have tendinitis?

My elbows feel very sore and I am unable to make my arm go strait out anymore without a great deal of pain. I did my first arm workout two days ago. This is the cause of the pain.

    Your bet bet is to slow down on the arm workouts and ice a lot. I would give it until monday. Either way, you can’t hurt by easing up a little on your elbow, icing, and possibly taking an anti-inflammatory. Go to the link I have and see how you do. If you really think you have tendonitis then you should go see your doctor..

    Sounds like you just over did it. Make a icepack and set your elbow on it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time or as long as you can stand it for up to 2 hours. Take some ibuprofen and lay off the workout for a day or two and don’t do as extencive a workout next time.
