This is just a wild guess, but perhaps you throw hard without warming up properly first. I ruined my right elbow by doing this, and I can’t throw a baseball or a bowling ball with that arm, or carry anything for very long. Good luck to you getting this worked out.

if u stretch first, u should last longer

you may also be developing tennis elbow

Its called a sore arm, my boy. Stretch before you throw every time, and ice your arm as soon as you can after pitching or throwing very much. You just gotta take care of your arm, its gonna be sore.

could be tennis elbow, lack of stretching and loosening up, could be poor mechanics in the throwing motion

20 minutes of ice, 20 minutes of no ice and stretching. Advil as needed, and after you throw always run between 6-10 foul poles

IDk, maybe you throw too hard on a pitch.

It is normal. Don’t worry. I think the professional players got hurt too. It is because you are not used to it. It happened to me too when I play dodgeball. I just keep playing and playing then I last longer. It depends on your strength. Thats why the pitchers have 3 to 4 days off

Make sure you strech, before and Ice down when done. That may help.

You are probably dropping your elbow to much that can cause it to hurt a lot. And since you say you’re a pitcher a lot of people drop their elbows when throwing a curve ball.
