Can making strength exercises slow the growth of bones?

I make shoulders exercises of 4-5 reps, can it have an effect on the growth of the bones of my shoulders? Also, can aerobic exercises like tennis, etc. have an effect?

    It all depends on your age if you are in your teens I recommened taking it slow and using dumbells instead of actual bars, because building strenght can actually impede in the growing process and as for tennis it is a mostly a cardiovasscular activity so go nuts.

    Yes if you use weights when young..Then it will affect your growth usually stunt or just stop.
