Ok well I was diagnosed by my pediatrician a year ago that I had Medial Epicondylitis, or elbow tendinitis. I am only 13, and symptoms happened after I pitched in a baseball game. So I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me. Now it’s about 12-13 months later and im back to playing baseball. My elbow has been bothering me the whole year. It is my inner elbow by the way. I can throw, without harm, but after a while, I’d say after 15 throws, I feel the pain in my inner elbow again. I cannot pitch, my elbow feels really delicate and uncomfortable compared to my left elbow.

I have been doing physical exercises like pushups arm curls occasionally, and some Advil, and Aleve. Nothing really works, so I am kind of scared that I might need surgery for it. Is it risky? Like will I ever be able to play baseball again?

I do have mild pain when I make a muscle too.
