Pain In Elbows During Workouts?
I believe I have whats called tendinitis in my elbows. Its not constant pain or anything but when I workout my triceps I notice the discomfort especially when doing skull crushers and triceps extensions with heavy weights (4 – 8 reps). I believe I got this from doing bad form with these exercises in the past.
What are my options to relieve this pain during these exercises so I can the best results from my workouts?

This is definitely NOT a "no pain no gain" situation. This is your body telling you something is wrong.
I know exactly what you are talking about. Elbow pain and lifting weights have been a real problem for me. Here are two solutions that have helped me big time.
This first idea is unconventional and I have no idea why it works but it does work. Go to a pet store….yes, a pet store and buy a steel comb used for getting fleas off dogs. Every morning and every night comb your elbows for about 3 minutes each side. It sounds crazy I know but it’s no joke. You will get pain relief in a few days.
The second idea has also been very helpful. Go to ElBowAid.com and I believe for $12.50 buy yourself a couple of their cross elbow supports. Make sure you buy the right size. They work very well.

have you tried lying tricep extension with one dumbbell? it’s what worked for me, i used to have the same problem
