    Also, if you’ve got tennis elbow in the left arm, does the right arm start on top? And, how many repetitions at a sitting, and per day?

    Yes, the involved side always starts on the bottom. Start with 2-3 sets of 15 repetitions with the red, and then progress to the next color when you can do 3 sets of 15 easily.

    my arm hurts too much to hold it out completely straight, do i need to wait until it hurts less to try this exercise?

    where is tim tyler located? i’d love to go directly to his office to make sure i’m doing this correctly. thnx.

    I am a chiropractor, I have just successfully treated a patient with lateral epicondylitis using this technique. I also adjusted, and used ART on the area. This was a chronic case, and may return, but this technique was what made the difference.

    I have tennis elbow in both elbows, and also golfer’s elbow in the right elbow…can I safely do the exercises for both arms, plus the reverse exercise?
