    Tennis elbow is the result of tennis being in a dark age. This age is based on not being enlightened and not recreating tennis as an ambidextrous exercise. Geoff’s perscription is based on sports medicine, but not mind / body medicine.

    All these idiots have no Idea, They are not even Qualified ! From my Observations on Youtube , ( if u have acute pain, As I do in both Elbows, Lateral & Medial Epicondyle.GO TO TENNIS ELBOW< HE talks of Escentric Contraction Exercise.Makes a lot of sense. Then I believe You need to Stretch first & light exercice without weights 1st Then as you improve, Bring on the light weights & build up Slowly. The joys of being Physical & working Hard & getting Older lol.. Good Luck
