		<description>Are you trying to do scar tattoos? cause some of those are done with actual burning tools.
presides with those kinds of tattoos ( the cutting ones) they actually take a chunk out just above the muscle layer. you are not giving enough information also, do you have thick arms, thin arms? but if your trying to do a design i would see a pro.
You don&#039;t want to go so deep you cut something important like a thick vein, muscle tissue etc... end up with T-rex arms.</description>
