what kind of exercise for tennis forearm so that my shots are better and stronger- not consistancy?

so how do i make my forearm shot better just by simply working out on what ever that make be a stronger hitter -e.g bicepts,tri,wrist.

    Anything to do with squeezing, the stiffer the squeeze the more you’ll be working your forearm
