tennis exercises to do of the court?

what are some basic exercises i can do when i am not playing tennis? which machines at the gym would you suggest

    Did you mean exercises that can improve your tennis performance? Well you can do mix of aerobic and anaerobic endurance exercises. You have to perform exercises that can help you improve your strength and power, speed and agility.

    However if you want to find out more about tennis-related exercises, you might want to check out a forum I stumbled upon which had some decent info I found the site interesting and very informative. Let me know if you have any questions about my opinion.

    As for the basic exercises you want to engage with that is not tennis-related you can try jogging, stretching, running, biking. Good luck to you.
