What workout regiment do pro tennis players follow?

I’m a tennis player looking for a new workout plan… if anybody knows what exercises pros like Serena Williams, Roger Federer, and Rafael Nadal do when they workout, please let me know!

    well any tennis player has to strengthen there core.. abs, lower back because this is where they get most of there stability and conditioning from…

    and they have to work on flexiblity and sprinting… so they can chase down shots anywhere in the court.. and run to the net fast.

    they so a combination of weight training.. particularly for the legs.. u get all your strength from the legs..

    and they work on stamina

    Serena Williams says that it is best to warm up by running on the tennis courts,do suicides,work on reflex, lunges, and upper body strength.
