Why does my elbow pop when i lift a weight?

Okay, first off whenever my arm is straight before i lift the weight, my elbow pops. And another thing, the day after i exercise, the inside crook of my arm is really sore. It feels like i pulled a muscle or something. Is that possible?

    Idk about the elbow popping but the being sore after you work out i think its normal, i have the same feeling and nothing seems wrong with me.

    When one of your body parts pops, it means there is air in between the joints. It’s harmless! Don’t think anything of it!

    it means ur lifting to much lets say you lift 165 go down to 155 and keep going down until it stops popping

    Anything is possible when weight-training. I would go see a sports medicine doctor or a physician to get some tests done.
