My biceps are sore anything I can do to make it recover faster?

The other side of the elbow hurts, when I have it bent for a long time, and when I extend my arm there’s just major pain on that spot. Is there a way to make it recover faster? Its been sore since Yesterday since I went to the gym on Wednesday. Can it be recovered faster without supplements or medicine? My dad who is a bodybuilder tells me to just massage it myself with my hand but is there a better way?

    Bananas contain potassium which will neutralize the acid build up in your muscles (which is the sore part you are feeling).

    there’s no shortcut to recover it fast except u don’t move it by good nutrition n drink lots of water.take care.

    Water water water
    sleep long 8-9 hr sleeps that might be y ur sore not enough sleep
    ice it and take advil
    if not better with ur elbow go see the DR i got the same thing but from baseball
