My biceps are sore anything I can do to make it recover faster?
The other side of the elbow hurts, when I have it bent for a long time, and when I extend my arm there’s just major pain on that spot. Is there a way to make it recover faster? Its been sore since Yesterday since I went to the gym on Wednesday. Can it be recovered faster without supplements or medicine? My dad who is a bodybuilder tells me to just massage it myself with my hand but is there a better way?

if not better with ur elbow go see the DR i got the same thing but from baseball
