So I am going to the gym. On Monday I did a full body workout (by mistake, wrong class) and on Tuesday I meet with my personal trainer who did arms and chest. Now it is Thursday and everything is sore but okay except for my triceps (bottom part of upper arm) and my elbow. I was in a lot of pain and when I flex (to a ninety degree angle) it hurts really bad. Is it possible that I strained something?
