Why does bending my elbow sometimes cut off the circulation in my arm and make the veins in my hand puff up?

Sometimes, I’ll bend my arm (at the elbow obviously) and it’ll cut off the circulation. Is there a way I can prevent this? It’ll stop when I straighten out my arm, but sometimes, I need to keep my arm bent. Also, I’ve noticed that if I start walking, it’ll go back to normal.

some times muscles stick together and make a band like rope. when we bend our elbow or knee that band compress the blood circulating nerve and cut off the blood circulation. consult ur physiotherapist immediately ignorance put u in great trouble.
