Practice is the best way to get better but also you can do some work out on the side to increase your physical abilities. Forearm, shoulder, and wrist work outs can help since those muscles are used the most while playing. Do some leg work outs such as lifting your heels while standing on a stair with your tip of your feet. Also To get better shots, you need to move around the court quickly, so sprinting and quick feet exercise should help you getting better. Just remember it is always important to understand and master the basic stuff before you can advance onto harder and more complicated exercises and work outs to improve your game.

Physically, you have to have stamina and endurance.

Strengthen specifically those area that you are weak; such as, for your serve, have your abs and your lower back. Your forehand, your pecs, forearms and triceps.

    Do lots of cardio exercise.

    Best of luck.
