		<description>It could be just that you&#039;ve been laying on top of it all night, putting more pressure on it than you usually do when you&#039;re sleeping on your right side. I do that sometimes too -  would literally wake up with my arm completely under my body and it would hurt. Not sure how you could prevent yourself from laying on top of your arm though when you&#039;re shifting positions while asleep. I have read about a trick to prevent someone from laying on their back (which contributes to snoring) which might help if it could be modified for your arm - you&#039;d sew a tennis ball or something hard like that into the seat of your pajamas or lower back area and it would be so uncomfortable to lay on your back that you&#039;d shift to a different position.</description>
