what are some exercises i can do to prepare myself for playing tennis?

    definitely work out your shoulders… tennis and volleyball have that same motion where you rotate your shoulder to serve and I tore my rotator cuff from serving. Its been hard to play ever since, and its been at least 5 years. So make sure you keep that area strong and do lots of different exercises for your shoulders.
