What exercises can I do, to increase my height?

Alright, so I’m 13 years old (I know my stats says otherwise) and I’m going to turn 14 on the 26 (July). Right now, I am 5’0, but I would like to grow another 5-6 inches. I play tennis, and I go everyday now, to practice more often. If I grow taller it’ll be an advantage for me to win tournaments. My mom is 5’0 and my dad is 5’7. Any exercises that may help me; or anything else?

If anything, I’ve noticed that basketball really helps for sports activity to help your body ‘lengthen out’ because of all the extensions made while playing…Exercise-wise Skipping rope or trampoline really helped me to grow about 5 inches in one summer and lose weight! Eating your heavier meals after a workout, rather than before is very important as well since your blood is circulating fast after being real active, the vitamins & minerals will be spread throughout all the right places. Stay away from the sugar & carbohydrate foods though, they stump your growth and can actually make you shrink!

I’m afraid there isn’t any exercises you can do. Exercise effects muscle, height is a bone issue. Just eat healthy and take vitamins, that’s really all you can do :/

Your height is determined by the size of your bones. Exercise builds muscle and, while this is important, it will not add to your height. If you remain fit and slim, wear the right type of clothes, and carry your head high, no one will notice your short stature. I am a male of 5’6" and it has never had a negative impact on my life.

I really don’t think there are exercises to help increase height. If you just focus on stretching a lot and doing those things that make you extend your body a lot, those may be the key.
