Forearm exercise with a tennis ball?

I heard this exercise to work the forearms…

the tennis ball trick
where you just simply squeeze a tennis ball repeatedly

i want to get bigger forearms..

does this work? how long and how often should i be doing this?

    It will strengthen your forearms, but for bigger forearms try wrist curls and reverse curls.

    I don’t think that will work! Go to a gym and ask what are good exercises for forearms.

    it does work but will take some time to do it I would say 3 times a week or you can try this gadget for like 20 bucks at a Big 5 store or sporting-goods store or even online I have one and it works great they have a wide variety so try to get one they do wonders
