what are some love handle exercises that i can do?

i play tennis 4 times a week and go to the gym once or twice a week, but how do i get rid of my love handles with exercises? because i already do enough cardio and i need some exercises to tone them.

    Stomach crunches – about 100 per trip to the gym. Also twiststs. Hold weight in front of body and twist to the right and to the left. You can also do this with a machine. Hold cable to you left side. Hold handle with both hands. Twist body to the right . Repeat 20 times. Turn around and do the same thing to the left.
    Try changing what you are eating. Eat 5 smaller meals each day instead of just 3. Also cut out starches, potatoes, rice, pasta, white bread, etc. Stop drinking gatorade, energy drinks and the double latte at Starbucks. That is probably where the most wasted calories come from.
