I am going to name several exercises and after each provide a link to corresponding instructions and video demos.

Skull crushers: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/BBLyingTriExtSC.html

Assisted Triceps Dip:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/ASTriDip.html

One Arm Cable Pushdown:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/CBOneArmPushdown.html

Close Grip Bench Press:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/BBCloseGripBenchPress.html

Barbell Bench Press:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/PectoralSternal/BBBenchPress.html

I would say do definetly Barbell Bench Press and choose two of the others that sound fun. Use weights that you can control for 2 or three sets of 8-10 reps, work until you have a good burn, if you can reach 10 reps without feeling much of a burn, add a little more weight. If you do this routine once a week I guarantee that in two months you will be knocking out "boy pushups" no problem.

Good Luck!

if u cant even do one push up it must mean ur really weak a healthy body must be able to push their body weight at least. and push ups work out the whole upper body so anything that will workou the chest, biceps and all that will do.all u need to do is push ups..just start doing them even if u cant go all the way down, u will eventually go all the way down after 2 days.
once i was out of shaope i coudltn do more than 5 push ups all the way down. then i kept doign them now i can do a 100 non stop all the way down quickly.

By "lazy pushups" I assume you mean pushups on your knees instead of your toes.

I suggest you do 3 sets of 20 push-ups... start on your toes and when you cannot continue, finish the set on your knees. Over a very short period of time you will see a rapid improvement in the number of pushups you can do on your toes... and within 2 -3 weeks, if you are not obese now and you do them every day, you should be able to complete a whole set of 20 on your toes.

Good exercise for tennis and badminton are cable pulls at the gym..... these strengthen through your rotator cuff in your shoulders.
