    I use all of these herbs, as I gave up on Big Pharma seven years ago, and I am healthier for that change! (smile)

    There is another herb that really helps with the pain and the depression that comes from RA and that herb is Cannabis!

    I have found Ginger and Turmeric to be very effective at relieving inflammation from Celiac / IBD and reactive arthritis.

    You mention MJ… ive got to say MJ is by far the best natural anti-inflammatory.

    When Cannabinoids are taken internally they work at the cellular level on receptors, not just a localized area effect.

    Also because Cannabinoids are fatty acid soluble the delivery rate is 99% through the HCL acid in our stomach.
